Preview of the Workshop
Here is what you can expect during this transformative one-day course!
8:45am - Check in Begins
Once you sign up for the event, directions and details about the venue and parking will be sent via email. This will be a small group so as long as you arrive by 8:45am you should have time to find the room and get seated. Class will start promptly at 9am.
9am - Introductions to Start
We will kick off with a review of what to expect during the workshop as well as introductions. Please be open to share your name and your intention for the course.
9:30am - 11:00: Psychic Abilities & Psychic Tools
The first two hours of the course will be focused on different types of Psychic Abilities so you can determine your innate abilities. Then I will be teaching different techniques & tools for expanding your abilities. We will complete one Psychic exercise utilizing a Psychic Tool.
11:00am - 12:30: Somatic Breath Exercise
Advanced Guided Breath Exercise designed to help you open and release any blocks to expanding into your higher ability. This powerful modality is a potent tool for deeper connection.
12:30pm - 1:00pm: Break for Lunch
Lunch will be provided and there are vegetarian options. If you require any special food considerations please let me know when you register! We will have both an outside patio and space in the conference room to eat. Please note that only water will be provided as a beverage through out the day and no outside food is allowed in the room. If you are a coffee lover - like me - please be sure to get your fix before we start!
1pm - 2pm: Power of Breath, Belief & Grounding in Growing Your Abilities
After lunch we will be diving deeper into breath and its role in opening up your 5th, 6th and 7th Chakras followed by a circular breath exercise designed to help you access Alpha State. We will also be discussing the importance of setting clear intention, how to foster belief in your abilities and why grounding is integral to strengthening your psychic connection and then I will take you through a simple yet potent grounding exercise.
2pm - 3pm: Practice Session
We will start this hour off with a short breath exercise and then we will break into groups to practice our newly awakened Psychic Abilities. We will do two Psychic Exercises. For one you will need a meaningful object or momento tied to someone you love.
3pm - 4pm: Different Ways To Use Your New Psychic Ability & Wrap Up
In this final hour I will share additional ways you can use your newly awakened Psychic Ability including Dream Traveling & Manifesting True Love. And then we will wrap up with a Q&A session.
